Electronic submission of final camera-ready papers.

August 5, 2004:
Deadline of early conference registration.
Please complete the registratiron form and fax it to RO-MAN2004 registration
office before august 5.
September 10, 2004:
Deadline of conference registration and hotel reservation.
Please complete the hotel reservation form and fax it to KURASHIKI IVY SQUARE.
On-site registration is available, however, you can't use credit card.
So, in this case, please pay in cash (JPY).

All RO-MAN 2004 sessions will be web casted over the Internet. Those who
cannot travel to the conference venue in Japan are invited to visit RO-MAN
2004 conference rooms virtually at:

Multiple servers are located in Japan, U.S. and France. The system will
be configured by the time of opening session to direct you to the nearest
server among them. You can make comments and/or questions through the web
page. Enjoy the distance real time interaction! The system has been developed
by Hosei University Research Institute, California (HURIC) and Hosei University
IT Research Center (HITEC).
